One-on-One Coaching

A bespoke one-on-one coaching package for the executives and rising leaders on your team will align them with their goals, facilitate better communication, and transform their impact in the organization. The consistency of ongoing support and accountability creates the opportunity for meaningful change and development. 

Coaching engagements start at six months of support and may include 360-style assessments and development plans.

Team Retreats & Offsites

These fully immersive experiences are created based on your team’s specific goals and challenges. Retreats or team-building events can stand alone, or be utilized within an ongoing team development engagement.

Retreats can be designed to include multiple trainings and address an array of topics. Retreats require a minimum of three hours, can span up to a full day or multiple days, and are generally held in-person.

Leadership Cohorts

Leadership cohorts are an effective way to harness the benefits of workshops and coaching. Develop your high impact leaders together by providing leadership curriculum and an engaging, brave space to learn as a group of six to eight over the course of three months to a year. With equal parts training and immersive group engagement, leadership cohorts develop unique relationships, skills, and shared insights. 360 Assessments & Aligned Development Plans

As a certified Leadership Circle practitioner, I provide an atypical, eye-opening, research-based leadership assessment and facilitate supportive follow-up with actionable insights and one-on-one coaching sessions. Through a 90-minute debrief and the option of three or more subsequent coaching sessions, we dive deeper into your people’s areas of opportunity, strengths, and the beliefs underpinning their current leadership practices. Your leaders walk away with an actionable plan created specifically for them, based on research-backed insights.

Hi! I’m Domonique Worship.

I’m an Executive Coach and Leadership Advisor for ambitious individuals and high-impact organizations. I hold a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an ICF-coaching certification.

Since boldly transitioning to coaching after feeling unfulfilled in my dream law firm on Wall Street, I have coached and consulted with leaders from companies such as YouTube, DoorDash, MasterClass, and Hinge. I was also an integral changemaker for the National Basketball Association (NBA), where I served as the Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion – making me the youngest VP at the time.

I have an unwavering belief that fulfillment is possible (and vital) if ambitious individuals and teams want to play bigger, unleash their full potential, and love their lives.
