I approached Domonique with a general idea—facilitate a workshop focused on women’s leadership—for women associates and students entering law school. It was a tall order with very few details.  Domonique ran with the idea and defined the goals for the session, prepared questions for the panelists, and timed each segment of the workshop expertly. During the session, she moderated with ease, and helped the conversation move seamlessly from professional tips to personal anecdotes.
